Hoxha has said that this is Thaci's chance to get into the game, and has asked who would help him do it.
Hoxha has also said that the state of emergency puts state sovereignty in prejudice.
According to him, the army in a state of emergency is, not external protection, but internal owner.

Thaci found an opportunity to get into the game. Who will help him do that? There are 19 positive tests. Six of them have gone home. None of them are in danger of life. But someone wants to use this situation, so he has to call it extraordinary. Whoever wants to help this statehood, of course, has no clear intentions regarding Kosovo's sovereignty. No serious state goes in such a state. The state of emergency prejudges the state's sovereignty. The army is not on the outside, but on the inside.
Instead, the Kosovo government received numerous congratulations for highly qualified treatment. Doctors have been up to their task.
