Following the election rally at a restaurant with the young people of Podujevo, Kurti has said that the 41st infantry-combat brigade were for training in Texas in the United States and Germany and that they returned to Kosovo.
I don't think US KFOR should withdraw from Kosovo. On the contrary, and I believe that he will not withdraw from Kosovo. We've seen one as the wish of the U.S. President, but that's not about the fee 100 percent. If that desire is also made by the American president, it still has no connection with the fee of 100 percent. It has to do with a reduction of troops that the US has done both in Afghanistan and Syria”, Prime Minister Kurti in Podujevo has declared, reports KOHA.
But, I'm saying, I believe the United States of America should stay in all their state forms in Kosovo with the Embassy, with the economy, with culture, with protection and for strong partnership and alliance. We will gradually remove the fee 100 percent, replacing it with gradual reciprocity. We are convinced that this is the right way ahead and the most rational and useful approach for our country”, the executive head, Albin Kurti, said.
In this discussion, Kurti did not appear to have changed his stance on removing the fee only for raw materials.
We have to make a decision in the Government of Kosovo on this. As for me, we'd have taken it earlier. But I was not interested in such a decision, which would not have our consensus. Hence, it is not a simple decision but a decision that we all agree on. We didn't set the fee 100 percent. We want reciprocity, but we think it's wrong even without the fee a hundred percent even without reciprocity, that let's not forget that such a thing has been demanded of us since the time of Serbia's president, unrepentant Serbia”, he stressed.
As for his partner's position in the government, Albin Kurti thinks they have no differences, but there are differences.
