Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Minister Glauk Konjufca has proposed the dismissal of seven political ambassadors.
Among them is Kosovo's ambassador to Washington Vlora Citaku, and Edon Cana, Kosovo's ambassador to Bulgaria.

Since the beginning of the mandate, I have pledged to establish order and law at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora.
One of the next steps is the request for the return of political ambassadors who have completed the four-year mandate envisioned under the laws in power of the Republic of Kosovo.
Based on Article 93, Article 8 and Article 84 points 25 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as Article 13 of Law No. 03L-122 for the Foreign Service of the Republic of Kosovo (GZ). January 46/15, 2009) and based on Article 10 (paragraph 9) of the Foreign Service and with the aim of respecting Article 77 of Law No. 03L-207 for the change and completion of Law No. 03L-044 for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Kosovo, 1999 GZ.76, August 10, 2010, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, I propose withdrawing from the mission of these political ambassadors:

Mr. Edon Cana
Mr. Freedom of Grichev
Mr. Shpend Kalaba
Mrs. Mimoza Ahmetaj
Mr. Ylber Hysa
Mr. Ramadan Avdiu
