In line with the Government of the Republic's decision to take preventative measures against Coronavirus, the chairman of the Gjilan municipality, Lutfi Haziri, has established the Inter-Secretral Team for Management this situation.

I've founded the Inter-Sectral Team today, which will be taken on daily grounds for preventing the spread of this virus. We are in constant co-ordination with Regimental Hospital, the National Institute of Public Health, police and all other relevant institutions, Haziri said.

The team's chairman is Health Director, Salaami Xhemaili, assisted by municipal directors: Valbona Tahiri, Ramiz Ramadani, Nazim Gagica, Bardhil Syla, Deniza Limani and Sami Spahiu, who are 24 hours in disproportionship of citizens.

Please don't cause any panic. We are together in dealing with this situation, being organized and disciplined. With God's help and your help, we'll face this” situation, Haziri stressed.

He has announced that all public gatherings and cultural and sports activity and procurement activity have been suspended until March 27th, while asking citizens who possibly receive administrative services via online application, which is very efficient.

The team's leader, Health Director, Salaami Xhemaili, has declared that municipal institutions that are provided with services and all health facilities will be disinfected.

He has asked the Health Ministry for greater support in providing protective supplies, especially for health personnel.

During the day, there will be continued public communication on the part of the intersectal municipal team, media reports said.
