Kenya Airport Authority spokeswoman (KAA) said the investigations so far had found nothing, Reuters writes, translates Periscopi.
The NFFP2 masks, which filter more than 90 percent of the particles, were ordered by the German customs authorities. They, along with the Armed Forces Prosecutor's Office, have assisted the health ministry in providing emergency safeguards.
However, this supply that was due to arrive in Germany on March 20 did not actually arrive after it disappeared late last week at an airport in Kenya. It is not clear why masks produced by a German company had been in Kenya.
