German Finance Minister Olaf Scholz, and Economy and Energy Minister Peter Altmaier assured businesses during a press conference that they would have the support of the state.

The financial package offered by the government is greater than the aid offered by the state during the 2008 financial crisis, when 500 billion euros were made available.
