Gashi has asked Prime Minister Kurti and Foreign Affairs Minister Konjufca to publish Kosovo's risky agreement.
He has said he will be the first to vote against in case there are facts and arguments for this agreement.
The Konjufca's replica against Gashi was that it is not the reason for the government's motion, neither Veliu nor the tax.
The government is not caused anywhere in the world because of a ministry.
