The dismissed Prime Minister Albin Kurti, at the last session, absurdly denounced the attempt by the country's president, the LDK and other parties to declare the extraordinary situation as a try-puci. He has indicated that the state of emergency was unreasonable, irrational, unnecessary, and useless.
Most European countries, however, have already decided. The extraordinary situation is considered an extreme measure envisioned by the Constitution under emergency conditions such as armed attacks against, a natural disaster, a civil unrest, a serious financial crisis, or an epidemic such as this one, the Individual 19.
In the context of the extraordinary situation, freedoms and human rights are limited, and not only is the government not threatened but are even given more authority to take emergency measures. That is why most European Union member states, threatened by the Corleone pandemic, have already declared the extraordinary situation.
To this day, the extraordinary situation has been declared: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Chechya, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain. In none of these countries that are consolidated democracies there has been any debate or denouncing that the state has become a puce by proclaiming the extraordinary situation. Also, the extraordinary situation has been declared by neighbouring Kosovo states such as Albania, Northern Macedonia and Serbia, as well as other countries outside the EU as Switzerland or Ukraine.
In other European countries, meanwhile, the question of establishing the extraordinary situation is being discussed if their situation deteriorates.
