The case took place at a restaurant on January 17th this year, where, after a dispute and physical clash, suspect S.A. (40) shoots K. He leaves the scene and has been on the run until today.
During the arrest, the suspect was found and confiscated even the weapon allegedly committed in question.
During an interview with the lawyer's presence, the suspect has accepted the task he is in charge of.
By order of the State Attorney, the suspect is sent to custody for 48 hours.
