The prime minister first appointed Aziz Bicin as political adviser and director of the Agency for Catagorian Affairs issued by the KLA war.
Afterward Kurt appointed an American citizen as an adviser. Tienmu Ma became an external adviser.
Shenaj Shala was the third appointed adviser. She took up the post of foreign political adviser, as well as became responsible for the Protocol in the prime minister's cabinet.
Luan Dalipi became adviser to February 21st, and he was also appointed prime minister's cabinet chief.
Durim Berisha and Erzen Vraniqi were appointed adviser to dates 21 February and 25 February, respectively.
On February 28, Kurt appointed Lima Hoti.
On March 4th, the prime minister appointed VVA member from Tirana, Elvis Hoxha, as adviser along with the Podrima Fulza.
The next adviser, Furtuna Sheremet, was appointed as political foreign adviser for legal issues.
As of March 5th, Kurti appointed Dritan Tallin political adviser on issues of SERPA co-ordination and implementation of the Multiyear Action Plan for the Regional Economic Zone, agreed on at the Trieste Summit, July 2017. With that date, he also appointed Nora Kelmendi as Political Adviser for co-ordinating property rights.
The prime minister has so far appointed 11 advisers. Meanwhile, during past government, Kurti was known as a major criticism of the prime minister because he had appointed large numbers of advisers.
