Meanwhile, Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, announced yesterday that from Monday nobody can go shopping anymore without getting a digital e-mail or phone permit on behalf of the family.
“We are about to make the presentation of the app that is very simple and from Monday to the end of the war, will be the only way out of the house in Tirana and in urban centres”, he wrote.
A similar model followed China during the epidemic, where only one family member was allowed to shop once every three days.
Currently in Albania there are 186 infected persons, of them 8 have lost their lives and 31 have recovered.
Seventy-seven patients are located in the infectious hospital, five are in intensive therapy.
