Turkish Health Minister Fahretttin Koca has confirmed 16 new deaths from corruption in Turkey, with what the total number of deaths from this virus in the country increased to 108, the Anadolu Agency (AA) broadcast.
In its twitter account, Minister Koca also announced that the total number of cases confirmed by the Coronavirus in the country has increased to 7,402, with 1.704 reported cases in only the last 24 hours.
Since the beginning of the coronary outbreak, 70 patients have been cured and released from hospitals, while 445 patients are being treated in intensive care units.
Authorities stress that a total of 7,641 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours, while the total number of tests so far is 55,464.
After last December's first appearance in Wuhan, China, the new Coronavirus has spread to at least 177 countries and regions. Based on U.S.-based John Hopkins University records, more than 620 thousand cases of choreography have been reported worldwide, of which more than 28,600 have died and over 135,700 have recovered. /
