The military has been introduced to help disinfect homes in Spain, one of Europe's hardest-hit countries from the pandemic.
Meanwhile, a skating square in Madrid will be used as a temporary bribe for the victims, said officials, the BBC.
On Monday, Spain registered the highest number of daily deaths 462 by bringing the total to 2,182.
Spanish Defence Minister Margarita Robles told Telecinco that the government would be strict when dealing with the way elderly people are treated in the homes of elders.
