The Constitution decides on the Law of Salaries, that's the decision

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, on March 30th 2020, has unanimously decided to continue its provisional move in the case of KO219-13, submitted by the ombudsman, Mr. Hilmi Jashar. The interim move continued until June 30th 2020. The decision to continue the provisional mass will soon be submitted to physical copies”.
The Law on the Salaries adopted in February of this year was submitted to the Constitution by the ombudsman because of complaints by about 30 sides. There have also been complaints from Kosovo public hospitals nurses.
According to this law, medical specialists would be paid salaries of about 1,200 euros a month, but their salaries continue to remain half less until the Constitutional Court makes a final decision.
The ombudsman had complained after accepting a total of 35 individual complaints by various subjects of the public sector and having assessed that he is in the <x0nd interest of the complainers, but also the public, so that the Court will assess whether the controversial Law affects the legitimate interests of these complainers.
