Grenelli called this statement by Joseph “Fake News”, while Thaci said this statement is a extinguisher plan.
And there is no shortage of Joseph's counters. He through a Twitter post has said that the right-based Balkan agreements have worked, while those based on territories have not worked.
According to him, Kosovo and Serbia can reach a functioning agreement, and all it takes for it is leadership.
