A Periscop reader has sent a message to our editorials that has sent Prime Minister Albin Kurti to his official Twitter account expressing the same sorrow as many other citizens in the country. J.Z. has asked the prime minister after the decision to stop the work of public institutions and private companies, how to make people who have loans in domestic banks and who will be out of work this month.
“Z. Prime Minister, have you thought about citizens, where over 80 percent of the population have loans to different banks in poor financial conditions. How am I supposed to face the loan installments this month when we don't have access to our families?
