Ballistics expert: The accused of murder in Decan had basic knowledge of gun use

For the murder in Decani, which took place in September 2018, Shaban Gogaj is charged with two criminal acts, the murder of serious murder and possession without permission, while Yusuf Cacaj is accused of illegal weapons possession, reports the “Justice Bettim”.

At Thursday's session at the Foundation Court in Pec, expert Topalli has dismissed the expertise realised over the case.

He estimated that the way the accused had used the weapon is the same as how he is taught in police schools or polygons.

The defendant's defender, Shaban Gogaj, lawyer Besnik Berisha, asked him to show whether during the shooting by the accused, there had been a deviation of the shooting, as according to him, according to the trajectory lines, the shots were not in the direction of the late.
