The Asteroid is named 52768, and it is estimated to have area of 4.1 kilometers, writes the British Express, the Periscope.
Nassa estimates that the heavenly stone is approaching the earth at a rate of about eight,7 km per second, or 31,320 miles per hour.
At this speed, the asteroid will reach the vicinity of the earth on April 29th.
Nassa has declared that the asteroid will have a close proximity to the earth.
According to the Planetary Society [ang. Planetary Society], every asteroid larger than a mile [1 km] is large enough to destroy the world.
Astronomers have estimated such objects have a chance of 1/50 grand to hit the earth every 100 years. /Periscope
