In Albania 53 cases of Coronavirus have been tested, all negative

Eugene Tomini, chief of Epidemiology in Albania, said that in 24 hours three suspected cases have been tested, but that the results have proved negative.

The following was also said that strengthened control is conducted at border, air, sea and land points by conducting temperature monitoring for all travelers entering the Republic of Albania.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection recommends for citizens who have travelled from affected regions and have had contact with people who are sick or suspected of COVID-19, to self-curantine for a 14-day period.

The Health Ministry recommends that citizens who have travelled to affected countries and have signs of viral infection: temperature, cough, shaving and breathing difficulties, call the unique number 127 of National Emergency to get the needed guidelines on how to operate in various health situations. /Tch
