14-day closure in Albania for anyone returning from red zone, rejection sentenced to fine

Albania's Health Ministry has published all of the government's orders to curb the country's further spread of coronary, following confirmation of the first two cases.
Minister Ogerta Manastirliu has ordered:
1- The closure of all public and non-public educational institutions in the country for a two-week period.
2- Public and Non-public activities are closed. Massed gatherings in closed or open places are canceled. Including here: Sports, cultural events and conferences until April 3rd.
3- It has been ordered to restrict the movement of escorts or family of patients to hospitals. This will only be allowed when equipped with permission from hospital directors
4- Self-curantation has been ordered for all persons entering Italy's affected areas in Albania. Failure to comply with this order will be punishable by fine.
