Who signed the deal with today? I wish to be wrong, but the signing of the agreement by the two Kosovo Transport and Infrastructure Directors with Marko Djuriqi (director of the so-called Office for Kosovo and Metohija) and not with their respective counterparts of Serbia's transport and infrastructure, makes the act seem to be an agreement between the “respective district authorities” and the Serbian government's chief for the province! In the least convenient case, this agreement would have to be signed between the two countries' transport and infrastructure counterparts, while normally as an agreement between the two states would have to be signed by political chiefs of transportation and infrastructure, so ministers! Thaci Homo-compromissus will make every possible compromise to survive any day in politics!
