An American citizen has lost his life as a result of Coronavius on Saturday, until a Japanese citizen has also passed away as a result of the virus, while the Coronavirus is expected to exceed the number of victims from the SARS virus in 2002-2003.
The 60-year-old American citizen, diagnosed with coronavirus, has died in a hospital in Vuhan, where the virus had exploded, said an American Embassy spokesman.
A pestomized Japanese in Wuhan has also passed away as a result of the virus.
The number of victims in China has increased from 86 to 722 on Saturday, according to authorities, until it is expected to surpass the SARS virus record marking 774 casualties.
Between November 2002 and July 2003, the number of reported cases was 8,098.
Two victims have been reported in Hong Kong and the Philippines, until 330 cases have been presented in some 27 countries of the world.
