Congresser Eliot Engel is one of the American politicians, who for decades has supported the liberation, independence and functioning of the state of Kosovo. Even now, as chairman of the Committee for Foreign Policy, it is making enormous contributions to internationalisation and empowerment of the Republic of Kosovo around the world. Every time I meet with Congressman Engel, we remember the past together and we talk about the future. And, with the US as a strategic partner, there is no obstacle that can stop the path of the Republic of Kosovo towards Euro-Atlantic integration”, Thaci has written.
