A scandalous case has occurred at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where according to sources of indexonline the secretary of this ministry, Betim Recica, it has signed dozens of contracts in the works, the very day the new Kosovo government was elected.
Indexline has secured two contracts, which have the 3rd mark of February 2020.
Fatbat Jakupi, from Skenderaj, who holds the construction engineer's title, has been under way for another 6 months, so until August 2, 2020, he has been working with contracts in the work last year.
While the most obvious case is that of Lulzim Ismajli from Lipjan, who holds the official administrative title at the Street Management Department.
He's working with contracts in MI, from 11,09,2019 to 10,03.20, so under the deal he expires contracts on March 10th of this year.
But Secretary Betim Recica has illegally continued the contract by signing contract contracts so Lulzim Ismajli now has new contracts from February 3rd to August 2nd of this year, even though that old contract had until March 10th of this year.
