World report on the most polluted countries in the world where Kosovo is

21 of the world's 30 cities with the world's largest air pollution is in India. The report was compiled with data from IQAIR AirVisual, the World Air Quality Report for 2019.
Ghaziaabad, a small town near the Indian capital of Dehli in Uttar Pradesh unit in India, is ranked the most polluted city with an average of PM 2.5 measurements of concentration from 110.2 in 2019. This is nine times what the American Environmental Protection Agency calls healthy.
Northern Hemisphere countries stand best in this study, CNN writes.
However, Balkan countries remain with a poor air quality.
According to the World Health Organization, air pollution causes some 7 million early deaths a year worldwide. This is the result of causing cardiovascular disease, cancer, and respiratory infections.
It is estimated that over 80% of the people living in urban areas where air quality is monitored are exposed to highly polluted air, crossing borders permitted by WHO.
Small developing countries, or medium, are more endangered.
“Air design is the largest environmental risk facing global population”, the report says.
Bangaldesh as a state stands the worst in this study, followed by Pakistan, Mongolia, Afghanistan and India.
Kosovo is 27th on the list. Bosnia and Herzegovina is 14th from the Balkans, while four countries later are North Macedonia.


Skopje is the world's tenth largest air quality city in the world. Sarajevo is 43rd. Pristina is 64th.
