The former minister of Health, through a Facebook text, stressed that this meeting shows that all those months of negotiations between partners had not been spent at all on programme and principles, but on office sharing.
The programme's “loss and lack of budget has paralysed Kosovo institutions and is therefore causing deadlock in all sectors. Unfortunately, except for the time it was lost in advance, the consequences of lack of plans will be felt by citizens even in the coming months”, he has written.
