PDK: Konjufca is responsible for Jamaica case

Avni Bytyqi, media spokesman for the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), has been declared about the non-recognition of Kosovo's independence by the state of Jamaica.

He at a news conference held today said the responsibility for the issue lies with Glauk Konjufca, the foreign affairs minister.

For us as the PDK, it is very little important who has spoken first and who has spoken last, of importance is that the Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Conjufca must understand the role and duties of”.

We understand that he is new in this position, but the Minister of Foreign Affairs is the only instigation to confirm the admission of any verbal notation for state recognition”.

KONjufca has made a mistake that has made it public, the minister is responsible for his actions in his field. He has acknowledged that Jamaica has recognised us as a state and as such responsible is he, as the responsibility belongs to the highest instance and is that he is”, Bytyqi has claimed.
