In addition, contrary to Law 04/L-144 for the exploitation of an office at the location of the Novoberda municipality, what has caused material damage worth 960,00 euros, while the total damage is 12.220,000 euros.
With these actions the defendant committed criminal work “misusing official position or authority” the work sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The trial court after reviewing all of the subject and hearing of witnesses has issued a conviction case for the accused, condemning him to a 150-day prison sentence, but after declaring the case on the request of a prison sentence, he is sentenced to fine in many of 3,000 euros.
