Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu's warning that he will cancel the process of naming swimmers has prompted the latter's response.
A group of swimmers from Peja have asked Minister Haxhiu not to cancel the swimming process.
In their response sent to Telegrafi, this group of swimmers emphasises that Haxhiu is trying arbitraryly and without any legal basis to restore the swimming process to zero.
We beg the Justice Minister. Albulen Haxhiu not to take any illegal action without any legal basis because we will not stop by demanding our legally acquired right, and any of its illegal decisions will be punished on any legal and judicial path of the country”, they say in their response.
Full response without interference:
A group of potential candidates for Notera pending now and how long we've submitted to all procedures by two independent legalally appointed commissions, according to the Law on Noteria, that's two phases of the exam written and oral, and then we've been certified as Noter by dt:12.07.2019.
We're responding:
After the statements issued by Justice Minister Mrs. Albulen Haxhiu, for the Noteria process, exactly the latest statement by dt:19.02.20, which I declare within this week, will restore the Noteria process to point 0, without any legal grounds arbitraryly and illegally, which even in the declaration given itself that they are in order with documents and that despite that we will return it to 0.
With this arbitrary statement given without any legal basis, it is denying us the right earned by meritocracy legally with much defeat and sacrifice, and we beg Miss Justice Minister. Albulen Haxhiu not to take any illegal action without any legal grounds because we will not stop demanding our legally acquired right, and any of its illegal decisions will be punished on any legal and judicial path in the country.
