The ruling party member and former spokesman for President Emanuel Macron is targeted by a Russian artist who accused him of hypocrisy.
Petr Pavlensky, who sought political asylum in Russia in 2017, claimed it was the one who posted the MP's video that took the network lap.
The scandal has also brought the reaction of opposing parties who supported Greveaux.
Many of them said posting such videos is a serious violation of one person's privacy towards the government should take strict measures for Petr Pavlensky.
