Even after the deadline, no tender annulment for the Pristina highway -- Gianan élu e White.
Last night, there is an ultimatum that the new Minister of Infrastructure and Environment, Lumir Abdixhiku, has assigned to the ministry's Secretary-General, Betim Recica, to cancel the 110m-euro tender for the Pristina highway Gnjilan treating and White.
But even after that deadline, Recica refused to cancel this tender, calling Obadiah's decision groundless.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo Prosecution in September of the following year has launched investigations into the contract on which this vehicle is being built, the Voice newspaper writes today.
While the Kosovo Prime Minister's Office has recommended cancelling of the tender for the Pristina highway émlan kyla White, worth 110m euros, this has been rejected by the Secretary of the Infrastructure and Environment Ministry, Betim Recica, the minister who was once led by Pal Lekaj.
Secretary Recica has even violated the ultimatum, defined by Minister Lumir Abdixhiku, who demanded that this tender be cancelled by February 18th.
“Pray to him to take the necessary legal steps no further than on February 18, 2020, by the end of the work schedule and report to me in writing”, the letter to Abdjik directed by Recica says. This decision to annul this tender, according to Abdixhik, is being made in order for the state of Kosovo not to enter financial obligations yet without the 2020 budget being approved.
