Kurti told Radio Free Europe that she has not met Vucinqi.
I haven't met with Vuchchi. We have been at a roundtable where all leaders of the Western Balkans have been invited, said Kurti, following a discussion on possibilities for the Western Balkans.
This discussion was held in margins at the International Security Forum, which began work Friday in Munich, with the participation of about 35 heads of state and government.
Asked to comment on the closed-door debate Vuciq said it was “sharply”, Kurti said he does not want to elaborate, calling at the panel organiser's rules, which do not allow participants' views (Chatam House Rules) to be made public.
However, Kurti acknowledged that there were tensions at the round table.
He felt a lot of pressure because of what I said. Then followed his nervous response”, Kurti told Radio Free Europe.
Vuciq said earlier that he met Kurt in Munich and that the meeting was “sharply”.
Speaking to Serbia's Radio-Television, Vuciq said he fought for Serbia's interests.
He said he would not dare draw details from the closed debate, but stated that “spoke the truth” and that he protected the Serbian people “in the best possible way”.
Vuciq said he considers it important to see relations between Kosovo and Albania, but also relations “within Pristina”.
He said he is familiar with “politicians from Pristina”, even “and what has been unknown to”, alluding to Kosovo prime minister.
The discussion of the Western Balkans in Munich, Germany, marked the first time Kurti's participation and Vuciqi took place at the same table.
Kurti took over the prime minister's post ten days ago.
For him, this has also been the first presentation on the international stage in the role of prime minister.
Kosovo, Serbia sign railway, highway agreement
On Friday in Munich, the presidents of Kosovo and Serbia, Hashim Thaci and Aleksandar Vuciq, took part in the signing ceremony for the railway and highway agreement, which was reached with the mediation of the White House envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Richard Green.
This agreement was then contested by Kurti, who through a Facebook post said it was signed by unauthorized persons.
