Steve Walsh, who remains in isolated hospital units, has said that he is associated with others who have been infected by the virus.
He said his family had also isolated itself as a “precautionary measure”, the BBC writes, translates Periscopi.
Mr. Wales, from Hove to Eastern Sussex, contracted the virus in Singapore and is thought to have infected 11 others at a ski resort in France.
Five of the cases associated with Mr. Wash is in England, five are in France, and another is in Majorca, Spain.
This makes the number of infected people in large Britain eight.
In a statement from the hospital, Mr. Wash thanked Britain's Public Health for its care. /Periscope
