Justice Minister warns: Within this week we're going to cancel the swimming process.

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has said she is currently reviewing any documents the past leadership has worked on. She has said the justice ministry expects many challenges.

Speaking of the swimming process, Haxhiu has said that this process is expected to be cancelled within this week.

“Sic mentioned the Ministry of Justice is expected to be one of the ministries that will face many challenges. Under the Justice Ministry, a decision to annul the Noceria process is expected perhaps within this week. As you know, in this process, trust has been lost for having managed to pass the exam on people who had family and party ties to past powers. Our goal is to make this process transparent and legitimate, and we've decided to turn it to zero-”, Haxhi said.

It has added that after the annulment of this process, members of the commission will also be dismissed, stressing that there have been deals on the previous part of the swimming process.

Minister Haxhiu further added that one of the concerns even persons who have passed this exam have been spent, so they have paid a 100-euro value to submit this exam.

Haxhiu added that this issue would be resolved once the new competition is announced.

“After announcing the contest they will be able to free from payment, not all but only those who have passed the exam in writing and with their mouths”, she said.

Haxhiu stressed that those who have passed the exam are not interested in a compromised swimming process.
