The company in question during the day at a media conference has charged that the Ministry of Infrastructure has issued permission, and within the day it has revoted a plane's flight permit.
But this has been denied by the Ministry's Media Office.
The Ministry of Infrastructure has issued no permits to airlines. Air companies that do not own licenses from Kosovo authorities are not allowed to land in Kosovo”, the Ministry of Infrastructure for Kosovo media office said.
During the day the company Reiseburo Pristina has said at a media conference that the Ministry of Infrastructure on 7 February has issued flight permits for Air Meterraneee, and on the same day around 22:00 p.m. has revoted this permit for flight.
These companies have warned that they will sue the ministry for what they have declared “legal breach”.
