This news comes after some data shows Iran has immediately known that it has brought down the plane.
Iran has initially declined to crash the plane on January 8th, but Ukrainian President Voldomyr Zelenskiy has said a publicised pilot's conversation with air control officials has shown Iran has immediately known it has hit the plane with the missile.
At the time, Iran has been alarmed because of the launch of ballistic missiles on two military bases in Iraq, as a sign of revenge for the murder of Iranian General Qasem Soleiman with American fears in Baghdad.
