On Saturday, Italy confirmed its first two virus deaths after authorities are deployed to close schools, bars and other public spaces in 10 northern cities.
But a significant decline in the number of new cases in China was seen, with 397 persons reported on Saturday. The total number of cases in China has been extinguished to 76,2288 and 2,345 deaths.
The World Health Organisation (OBSH) has warned it is becoming more difficult to curb the spread of the disease following concerns that new cases outside China are increasing.
