How did Henry Chili get into the scheme of releasing the boys from Lazarus ' prison?

He was arrested along with European University of Tirana law director Ilir Corbi. After being held for several hours in the Tirana Police were transported to Gjirokastra, where the investigation that has lasted since September 2019 begins. But how is Henry Chili involved in this matter? At the center of the investigation were originally Henry Chili's co-existence brother, Gazmir Aydinaj and the brothers Aliko from the village of Lazarus.

The group, which included Gazmir Aydinaj from Ballshi, was involved in trafficking of ecstasy and drugs. There were events in several cities, such as Gjirokastra, Kleks and Shkodra.

The prosecution was keeping Aydinaj under surveillance. During these months a call has been made, and citizens Adil Aliko from the village of Lazarat. Aliko is Arbion's father and Alban Aliko, convicted of killing RENEA's effecter Ibrahim Basha in Lazarat. According to this call, it is taught that the father of the Aliko brothers said they were asking for 1m euros for a change in decisions by the Court of New Crimes Appeal, many he did not possess. Meanwhile Gazmir Aydinaj has enabled Adil Aliko to meet with Henry Chili. According to the Prosecution file, this meeting took place on December 7th 2019 in Tirana.

The conversation is bugged and filmed. According to the wiretaps, the amount has been lowered from 1m euros to 750 thousand euros, much to be used to facilitate the judicial decisions of the Aliko brothers. Henry Cili would influence high-ranking justice exhibits to look up Arbion's file and Alban Aliko from Lazarati. Part of the sum would be paid cash and the rest with different properties. According to the investigative file, it turns out that on January 10th 2020, Henry Cili has given him a procurement to act in his name, associate Betim Skopje for obtaining two donated properties from society “Fishta sh.p.k” in Velipoj, owned by businessman Sait Fista, who has also been arrested by the Prosecutor.

After this donation, Henry Chili communicates with Gazmir Aydinaj and tells him that everything has gone well and deserved a reward.

The prosecution has found that on February 3, 2020, Henry Cili has communicated with the director of the Shkodra Cadastra, asking him to act quickly for property registration.

This citizen, after promising to act quickly, asks him to send the documents”, is written in the file.

A few days later, the prosecution claims that Henry Chili has been handed over 30,000 euros to influence the Alicott decision.

The prosecution has seized yet another case of an attempt to influence the decision to be issued on Feti Yzeziray, sentenced to life in prison. Yazo Liko has been bugged raising 10,000 dollars from Yzewright's family with the intention of handing over to Gazmir Aydinaj on behalf of Henry Chili.

The amount of $10,000 did not give up after Lazo Liko was stopped at the moment he handed over the money.

After receiving property and money, according to the prosecution, Henry Cili has held a meeting on January 14th 2020 with a senior head of the Justice System at a hotel in Tirana. This is alleged to be Judge Ardian Dvoran, the only one left in the Supreme Court and who would be the relative of the case against the Aliko brothers.

This meeting has been bugged.

The wiretaps have found that Henry Chili asks the senior official to settle the case of the Aliko and Yzew brothers as soon as possible, and he assures them that they (Alikot) will be in the first 50 files to be considered.

A few days later, Gazmir Aydinaj was arrested just as police seized two tritol bars in the car.

The investigation came after the prosecution had tapped a call between Arbion Aliko from Burrel prison and Gazmir Aydinaj for a quantity of tritooli.

On February 23rd 2020, Aydinaj heads to Gjirokastra and took some items from Adil and Amarildo Aliko. The police stopped his car in Tepelena by finding two tritol bars as well as fireballs.

The operation yesterday is the second stage of arrests against the group that included Aydinaj.

Police operation was codenamed “The arrests were brought before the media by State Police Director Ardi Veliu himself.

Dovran's Response

The Supreme Court judge, simultaneously and the chairman of the Council of Court's Court of Justice appointments, Ardian Zvorani, has reacted following Henry Cili's arrest and the neglect of his name as involved in this matter. Zvorani finished hearing questions at the Baltimore Commission on Meta's dismissal, told the media, saying he has not met Chili at any cafe. He further added that he is unaware he may have been lobbied at the Supreme Court for the Alikove file, as this institution is not functional and files cannot be tried.

European University of Tirana Reaction

The professor of the European University of Tirana has emerged today with a unified stance regarding the arrest of publisher and analyst Henry Cili. At a meeting today, the reactor explains that Mr. Henry Cili has nothing to do with the activities of UET and European Investative Speed Education, which owns this university.
