The Court of Appeals has endorsed the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's complaint in the case of indictees I.T., B.F., Z.K., V.H.-P., R. Th. and F.T.
The Constitutional Court Act in Pristina of 06.06. 2018, it's been changed from a legal act to a conviction act.
The accused have been convicted by the Court of Appeals for misusing the official position or authority.
I.T. He gets three years in prison, B.F. Two years and four months, Mr.K. Two years and eight months in prison. V.H., F.T. and R. Th., each by itself, is sentenced to six months of freedom.
The sentences will be executed after the intensability of the act, against which the parties have a complaint right in the 15-day term, at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Court of Appeals found that from the evidence that are part of the subject paperwork has all elements of criminal acts for which they have been convicted.
