According to a report by Turkey's Presidency Communications Directorate, Erdoğan and Trump during telephone conversations have discussed bilateral issues and regional developments, the Anadolu Agency (AA) broadcasts.
The two leaders have described the Syrian regime's attacks as unacceptable and have exchanged thoughts about the outcome of the Idlib crisis as early.
The importance of returning peace and stability to Libya has also been stressed during the conversation.
The two leaders have agreed to resume negotiations on increasing bilateral trade volume to $100 billion.
