The US Embassy has demanded that Kosovo remove the tax on Serbia's goods and Serbia also ban the campaign so that other countries attract recognitions for the state of Kosovo.
Embassy in Pristina in a statement for RTK said US, President Trump and Ambassador Greenell's position remains the same and that Kosovo should lift the 100 per cent fee for Serbian goods, while Serbia should stop the campaign against Kosovo for state recognition.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that the White House's envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Ambassador Richard Green, opposes reciprocity measures -- that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has warned against Serbia.
Kurti, who took over the prime minister's post last week, has said this move will be replaced by reciprocity against Serbia and that reciprocity will be implemented “in the economic, trade and political aspect”.
