After a long debate in the Kosovo Assembly by the Commission for Health and Social Health, the scope of this commission has not been voted down, and all this because the members of the latter had no clear on which the dictatorship was distributed, in this case they call on the government to send a written response.
The chairman of this commission, Albena Resiti from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, said that they had gathered to vote for the constitutional meeting of the Commission for Health and Social Health, but, as she says, due to unclears about the disseminatement in which the social welfare has been distributed, it was decided to postpone the poll collection.
She stressed that the government of Kosovo must send an official letter as soon as possible, on whom this minister belongs and then continue with the next half.
And we didn't have exactly exactly exactly what the dissection of social welfare was in today's Constituent Meeting of the Commission for Health and Social Health, we didn't have the exact right to have and whose account the dictatorship would require that the disqualify the performance of the job and the laws were postponed for another meeting because we didn't have the official information where these are generally distributed, I think it's very important that the government would bring information that we then consider doing our work together with the Rex.
Despite this commission's failure to vote, Resitaj indicated that the community for social health and welfare should be an example of co-operation without party differences.
Ismaili Bridge from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo said that, in terms of social welfare, the commission still does not have clear what the minister belongs to, due to those rapid changes made in the government.
Ismaili stressed that it urgently needs an official letter from the government so that there will be no such confusion in other commissions.
I believe that it is important that the commission has a clarity in that they have it on the other side of the government to call it a collaborator or as responsible for the policies in which we are called, if we don't have an address on which minister or which minister we should cooperate with, then I consider that it leaves us without giving up our contribution in this case and leaves citizens without any important control such as the parliamentary commission. I think there's some kind of confusion in which the minister actually responded to this commission or which minister responds to this commission except the minister of health, that's why the Ministry of Health is clear, but in terms of social welfare, the commission still doesn't make it clear because of those rapid changes that have been made in government, and I believe that we need an official clarification of (4)x1>, Ismaili said.
And MP Mirlinda Sop-Krasnici from the New Kosovo Alliance, found the call to this commission unbeknownd to the title of this commission.
We have a problem with the first title of what we've been called to the meeting today, only Mr. Uka and Mr. Haxhi have the information that the social welfare will be passed on to the Ministry of Finance itself, we have no information and it's disturbing because we haven't been informed in time and so much so that on the commissions we don't go to say but also normally that it had been good in front of us for the document itself which clearly proves the activity of this commission that we've been meeting here for today<1], Krasni said.
She said it would be good for the previous commission to hand over a record of how far they went to work and that the new commission continues those jobs.
Other members thought that the new government will soon issue a written decision on who the social welfare belongs to.
