According to WHO, pandemic is the spread of a new disease worldwide.
The number of people dead from the new coronary has already reached 425, while over 20,000 cases affected by it have been confirmed in 26 countries around the world.
According to officials, 423 people died in China and one in Hong Kong.
A dead man has also been confirmed in the Philippines.
