Great Challenges Ahead of Kurti Government

Fighting organised crime and corruption, finalising the Kosovo negotiation process Serbia, the Association of Communities with Serbian Majority and thermal power plant “New Kosovo” is considered only some of the main challenges facing the new government, led by new Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

As for dialogue, former negotiator Edita Tahiri has called on the government “Kurti” to be alert and not to fall prey to dangerous border games, writes the newspaper “Zri” today.

Two days ago, the Kosovo Assembly chose the new Government of the Republic of Kosovo. The two main ruling coalition parties -- the LVV and LDK -- consistently pledged they would bring change to Kosovo. The leaders of these two subjects have confirmed that Kosovo expects numerous jobs to be carried out in the new governing mandate.

But Kosovo's former chief negotiator in the process, Edita Tahiri, has said that Kurti-led government should be alert and not fall prey to dangerous games related to warnings about changing borders.
