Prime Minister Albin Kurti has sent a letter to Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani today, suggesting he has found two international agreements that he considers secret between Hashim Thaci and former NATO Secretary Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
According to Kurti, through this agreement Prime Minister Thaci, on behalf of the Republic of Kosovo, bore to KFOR the absolute right to veto all future KSF missions in northern Kosovo, for an unafforded period.
For this agreement, Kurti has said that the dismissal of President Thaci could be initiated.
But the analyst does not think the same, Ramush Tahiri.
He has said publishing the agreement on Kurt's part is being used politically. I see that it is being used politically against the president, but legally it is not wrong, rather it is KFOR's first agreement with the Government of Kosovo”, he has said of Periscope.
Tahiri has said Thaci's agreement with NATO is not a violation of the constitution.
I see the criticism they're making to Thaci and may find that it's not a violation of the Constitution because it's right to make deals and it's done in the interest of the country. But we had the NATO mission earlier, it's not like it's brought here, and on this base it doesn't have to be found to be in the Assembly”, he said. /Periscopi/
