Kurti in an interview for Radio Free Europe has spoken of his readiness for involvement in dialogue with Serbia, as well as US involvement in the process through President Trump's special emissary, Ambassador Richard Greenell.
I believe that the United States of America and the European Union, both of which are irreplaceable for Kosovo through all the processes that we go through here and here, including that of talks with Serbia, I am optimistic that their roles can also be complementary when they are not the same. In that sense, without a doubt that we welcome the American engagement in our reports with Serbia”, Kurti said.
Kurti is saying Ambassador Green has given new energy to the dialogue process with Serbia.
We have expressions of interest in certain areas of agreement such as flight and railway. Now, I, in principle, will be guided by the Constitution of Kosovo and its laws on the one hand, and by the principle of reciprocity and goodwill on the other. I believe that the commitment of the ambassador of the United States of America to Berlin has given new energy to the process”, Kurti said. / Metro/
