Agreement V V-LDK: These are three issues still dividing two new government parties

This morning, Albin Kurti of Vetevendosje and Isa Mustafa of LDK declared that they had finalised the coalition government agreement after no less than 3 months and 26 days of negotiations. But, even though Kurti will be voted in tomorrow as the new prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo along with the ministers, as will be voted [...]
But even though Kurti will be voted in tomorrow as the new prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo along with the ministers, as Vjosa Osmani will be voted in as the new Speaker of the Parliament, there are open topics that endanger the survival of the new government.
Program
Six negotiating meetings had sufficed for Vetevendosje and LDK to harmonise their governing programmes.
But senior officials from both parties have repeatedly stated that, in fact, many programming issues have been left open.
The arrangement between these two parties is only 90 percent as far as the programme is concerned, and numerous problems are expected to have Kurti during the ruling period if he fails to deal with LDK chairman, Mr. Mustafa over the next few days.
The complete program harmony may be a deliberately open issue by Mustafa, who, although not formally part of Kurti Government, will actually have a very important role in it being the principal man of the second government partner.
President
Periscop learned last night from her sources that the LDK would propose Mrs. Vjosa Osmani for Speaker of the Parliament, following Glauk Konjufca's expected resignation.
But, Mrs. Osmani to assume this position has had a very important and significant condition: its mandate at the helm of the assembly will not be only one-year-old.
The LDK had initially proposed to the VV to have the head of the Assembly for only one year, and then to return it to the VV to assume the president's position. But it is taught that Osman has banned this changing process of office, demanding that the post of head of the Parliament be carried out.
Until the end may not mean four years, yet it clearly means cut until the end of the Kurti government.
This implies that the president's case is open between both parties, with Vetevendosje seeking a unifying figure as head of state, while the LDK has sought a figure from its party.
This complicates even inner-party issues in the LDK, where the political struggle for Mr. Mustafa.
Earlier it was thought that with the president's position taken, Mustafa would leave the LDK leader to leave this position, Mrs. Osman. But, Mustafa has given up ambition for president of the country, while Osmani will seek the mandate for party chairmanship only after Mr. Mustafa in 2023.
Dialogue
Although both parties have been completely in accordance with dialogue with Serbia, the arrival of the special envoy of Trump, Mr. Richard Green, it has complicated things to scary size.
Greenell has already started to make agreements with Serbia on behalf of Kosovo, and although the LDK has supported such an act, Vetevendosje is radically opposed, even though so far it has silented.
Future agreements, and especially opening negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia following the removal of the tax on Serbian imports, are expected to exacerbate things inevitably if the VV will maintain its previous positions. /Periscope
