Infrastructure and Environment Minister Lumir Abdixhiku has indicated he has cancelled the tender for construction of the Pristina-Djlan highway.
So the minister himself announced through a Facebook post, writes Periscope.
“Today the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment has cancelled the 110 million tender announced without budget approval at the time of government transition. With this decision, we return legitimacy to an important financial process for the country. 110m euros can be spent without law; not in this new ruling era”, Abdixhiku reports.
