Since the beginning of the year, 77 children were reportedly killed and injured due to the escalation of violence in the area, Kosovo reports.
The recent winter rains, snowfalls, and extremely cold weather have exacerbated their already difficult conditions. They need urgent humanitarian assistance, as well as basic services, the AP writes.
