Tahiri: Kosovo congratulations elections, see you after elections under other circumstances

Tahiri has indicated before journalists that they have discussed with Osman about the optimum time of holding elections, the news writes.net.

Furthermore, he has said constitutional timelines related to the Constitutional Court's decision to send Kosovo to the elections have been discussed within 40 days.
